How we handle your personal data

We process your data responsibly and in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

Data controller

Del Group ApS, VAT no. 38063235, Håndværkervej 32, 4000 Roskilde, Denmark, is the data controller for processing your personal data.

What data do we process?

We process the information you provide to us — e.g. name, contact details, CPR (only where the law requires it), education, certificates, account details for payroll and shift-related data.

Purpose

The data is used to administer employment and client relationships, plan shifts, run payroll, invoice, comply with legal requirements (e.g. tax and collective agreement matters) and communicate with you.

Legal basis

We process data on the basis of contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligation (c), legitimate interests (f) and — for sensitive data — explicit consent (art. 9(2)(a)).

Retention

We retain data as long as there is a legitimate reason — typically during your employment plus 5 years for accounting purposes, or until you ask us to delete it.

Disclosure

Data is only disclosed to relevant parties (e.g. clients where you have shifts, the Danish Tax Authority, NemKonto, e-conomic). We do not sell data and do not use data for marketing without consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Email info@delgroup.dk to exercise your rights. You can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
